Livia is the Chief Operating Officer of Seasoned, where she is responsible for launching new markets as well as managing and scaling company operations. She is a strategy and operations executive with over 15 years of experience leading teams, operating, and advising both Fortune 100 and growth stage technology companies.
Prior to Seasoned, Livia was an executive at LinkedIn. She built, developed, and grew a 100+ member Business Productivity team. In this role, she led large cross-functional transformation programs to deliver intuitive and delightful experiences to users, customers, and internal teams through process optimization, analytics, product roadmap development, product management, and technology implementation. Before LinkedIn, Livia was a consultant at McKinsey & Company in San Francisco, where she focused on Growth Strategy, Sales Strategy & Operations, and International Expansion for some of the world’s most notable technology companies and fastest-growing start-ups.
Livia holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a Law degree from Universidade de Sao Paulo, and a Business Degree from Fundacao Getulio Vargas.
Originally from Brazil, where her mother owned and operated a Japanese restaurant, Livia lives in San Francisco with her husband and two young sons. She loves cooking, eating, and SCUBA diving.
